Ladbrokes elected to get on the front foot following Tuesday’s outage, which saw major technical difficulties on both mobile and desktop sites impact multiple online bookmakers.
The interruptions, which also impacted online bookmaker Sportsbet, finally took to Twitter to apologise, posting: “Punters, sorry we let you down. We hope you still managed to have a good Cup Day.”
Sportsbet is yet to announce any bonus bet offers to their customers.
