Race 1 – City Ford Aspiration Quality (1600m)

Two returning runs helps boost our confidence that Pioneering can put together a quality run third-up. The Waller runner has progressed across both of those runs and has a win and three placings at five third-up attempts.

Race 1 tip: Pioneering to win ($12 at Neds)

Race 2 – Fireball Stakes (1100m)

The resuming Houtzen is a genuine star and will take some serious beating here. The horse has never missed a placing first-up in the past and has a distinct class advantage on this lot.

Race 2 tip: Houtzen to win ($2.60 at William Hill)

Race 3 – Riesling Stakes (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_03]

It’s just unlucky that Estijaab ran into Sunlight last start or it would be undefeated. This is the perfect bounce back race for the filly, which should smash this field.

Race 3 tip: Estijaab to win ($1.36 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Todman Stakes (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_04]

Ef Troop should win its way through to the Golden Slipper here. The horse’s only blemish was a fourth placed finish in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic, which there’s no shame. The main rival is Waller’s Performer, which draws seven, while Ef Troop gets gate two. Back Ef Troop in.

Race 4 tip: Ef Troop to win ($5 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Challenge Stakes (1000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_05]

Redzel ran an enormous race first-up only to get dudded by Redkirk Warrior right in the line in the Group 1 Lightning Stakes. Will come into this race much fitter and won’t have to make its own luck. Back in the ‘zel.

Race 5 tip: Redzel to win ($1.55 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Canterbury Stakes (1300m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_06]

Clearly Innocent is fresh off a resuming run and will be much fitter for that hitout. The horse has a good second-up record and loves this distance. From the perfect gate and with Bowman on board the Lees runner is right in the frame.

Race 6 tip: Clearly Innocent to win ($5 at Neds)

Race 7 – Randwick Guineas (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_07]

Godolphin gun Kementari is hunting a hat-trick and should be claiming it here. The horse could not have been anymore impressive leading into this race, winning both runs by just under a combined four lengths. The horse to beat.

Race 7 tip: Kementari to win ($2.75 at Crownbet)

Race 8 – Wenona Girl Quality (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_08]

Sugar Bella is a hugely talented horse that is hunting a fourth-straight win. In fact, the horse won all but one of its six career runs. From the perfect gate it will be very hard to beat.

Race 8 tip: Sugar Bella to win ($3.10 at Ladbrokes)

Race 9 – Randwick City Stakes (2000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182495_09]

Alward resumed well to finish less than a length off Cellarman on February 24 and on the back of that we think it can improve enough to win. It has a second-up win in the past and will be highly competitive here.

Race 9 tip: Alward to win ($2.80 at Ladbrokes)
