Viddora in upset Moir Stakes win

Viddora has caused an upset in the Group One Moir Stakes at Moonee Valley with heavily backed favourite Nature Strip finishing out of the first four.

The Lloyd Kennewell-trained mare, touched out in the same race a year ago by She Will Reign, beat Brave Smash and Spright in the 1000m-sprint.

She is now in the frame for the final spot in the $13 million Everest with Chautauqua retired after failing to jump in a barrier trial earlier on Friday night.
