Super One runs last race, set for stud

Super One, a star juvenile in Singapore and stakes-winning three-year-old in Australia, will start his stud career at Newgate Farm this spring.

Super One was unbeaten as a two-year-old in Singapore last year before being sent to Australia where he has added another stakes win from four starts.

The colt by I Am Invincible was trained by Michael Freedman during his Singapore career and for two spring starts in Melbourne, before being transferred to Freedman’s brothers Lee and Anthony.

Super One won first-up win in the Group Three McKay Stakes (1100m) in Adelaide before leading and finishing unplaced in last Saturday’s Group One Goodwood in Adelaide.
