Stanley was the trainer of the two-year-old when it won a Cranbourne trial last year and was subsequently sold to Hong Kong where it now races as Dancing Flames for Danny Shum.

Stanley faced the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on Monday to answer charges including fraudulent or improper practice and giving false evidence during the investigation into the sale which netted him $50,000.
