The jockey fronts the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board in Melbourne on Friday in a bid to overturn the ban which will prevent him riding French horse Vadamos in the Cox Plate on Saturday week.

Stewards outed Oliver for his winning ride in the Blue Sapphire Stakes at Caulfield on Wednesday judging he angled out at the 700m-mark on Flying Artie causing interference to another runner.
