ALL races at Rosehill have been moved back 30 minutes after apprentice jockey Deanne Panya was taken to hospital after being involved in a nasty fall in the second race on the card.

The 24-year-old Panya rode Sebring Express in the Widden Stakes and was cramped for room as she attempted to make a play for the front 300m out. The horse became unbalanced and took a tumble.

Panya was quickly taken to Westmead Hospital where reports coming through suggest the young star on the rise has a suspected broken collarbone.

Panya – who shot to fame at the Magic Millions carnival after steering Testashadow to glory in the Cup at $31 odds – was said to be conscious on track but complaining of chest pains.

The Widden Stakes was taken out by the Michael Freedman-trained Teaspoon which remained unbeaten in two career starts with Hugh Bowman in the saddle.
