Cups contenders on track at Werribee
Three international contenders for the Caulfield Cup have had their final lead-up gallops at the Werribee quarantine centre.
Scottish, Sir Issac Newton and Exospheric were each given a serious hitout over 1400m on Tuesday morning while Articus stretched his legs on the synthetic track after a more serious gallop on Monday.
The final field for Saturday’s Caulfield Cup will be declared on Tuesday with the barrier draw later in the day.
