Pakula calls for meeting of administrators
Victorian racing minister Martin Pakula says he wants to get the state’s administrators together to thrash out issues facing the industry.
Last week chief steward Terry Bailey and Melbourne Racing Club chief executive Brodie Arnhold were called to Racing Victoria headquarters after a war of words played out in the media.
Pakula told Melbourne’s RSN 927 he it was important for all groups to get together to address the industry’s challenges and not to play out their differences in the public domain.
