Kathy O’Hara taken to hospital after fall
Kathy O’Hara has been taken to St Vincents Hospital with a suspected broken collarbone, possible chest injuries and concussion after a fall in the Australian Oaks at Randwick.
O’Hara was conscious but in pain after she came off Single Gaze rounding the home turn in the Group One race.
The Nick Olive-trained Single Gaze, winner of the Vinery Stud Stakes, got to her feet and escaped with minor lacerations.
