Backstreet Alley has firmed heavily in the fourth event on the card at Terang.
After opening as a $14 outsider to take out the maiden contest, the Bill Cerchi-trained three-year-old has moved into the $6 mark at William Hill to breakthrough at the seventh time of asking.
