Winx claims Apollo for 30 wins in a row

Winx has started her latest and most likely final racing campaign with a record-breaking win at Randwick.

Posting the 30th consecutive victory of her decorated career, Winx broke the race record in the Group Two Apollo Stakes.

In her first run since a history-making fourth Cox Plate triumph, Winx drew clear from the 200m to beat Happy Clapper and stablemate Egg Tart.
