Race 1 – Benchmark 90 (1200m)

Falcool resumes following a six month break, but the trial on May 3 suggests it can return in style. The gelding has won three times from four first-up attempts and we’re backing it to add a fourth.

Race 1 tip: Falcool to win ($3.30 at Sportsbet)

Race 2 – Benchmark 70 (1050m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_02]

I Am Someone has not missed a top-two placing from three attempts, culminating in a dominant win at Horsham at the beginning of May. From a perfect gate and with a low weight we think the gelding can go back-to-back.

Race 2 tip: I Am Someone to win ($6.50 at Neds)

Race 3 – Autumn Series (1400m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_03]

Set To Sparkle gets a rough gate to jump from but it should be good enough to overcome. The horse has won three events and placed second across four attempts at the distance and we’re backing it to go well once again.

Race 3 tip: Set To Sparkle to win ($5 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – SA Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_04]

Tequila Time is after a fourth-straight win and is well placed to deliver. The horse is a gun at Morphettville and we’re anticipating another strong performance.

Race 4 tip: Tequila Time to win ($3.50 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Adelaide Guineas (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_05]

Peaceful State is the horse to beat. The Weir runner is a class above most in this field and we’re backing the colt to add a Guineas to his resume.

Race 5 tip: Peaceful State to win ($1.80 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Provincial Series Final (1800m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_06]

The red-hot Enki looks the goods here. The horse is fresh off a strong 1.8 length win at Strathalbyn at May 2 and returns to a track where it has great form at in the past.

Race 6 tip: Enki to win ($5 at Neds)

Race 7 – South Australian Derby (2500m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_07]

Weir runner Leicester has been promising a big performance in a group race for awhile now and the gelding gets the perfect opportunity to breakthrough. The horse took out the Morphettville Parks Group 3 Chairmans Stakes, which is the traditional lead-up to this event.

Race 7 tip: Leicester to win ($3.90 at William Hill)

Race 8 – SA Sprint (1100m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185378_08]

Split Lip won well second-up at this track on April 21 and we’re backing it to go back-to-back. The horse has only failed once to win at course and distance in the past across three runs and we’re suggesting the filly can deliver to round out the card.

Race 8 tip: Split Lip to win ($5.50 at Sportsbet)
