Race 1 – Class 6 Plate (1110m)

Havasay is second-up here where it has won and placed three times previously across five attempts. The horse also has a great record at the track. The horse is a classy operator which should prove too good for this field.

Race 1 tip: Havasay to win ($4.80 at Sportsbet)

Race 2 – Benchmark 85 (1350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_02]

Eminent is fresh off a terrific first-up win and will be right in the mix in this event. The horse is undefeated across two second-up runs and has a win and two second placings from three attempts at the course and distance.

Race 2 tip: Eminent to win ($5.50 at Neds)

Race 3 – Open Handicap (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_03]

Morendi is the best horse in the field, but whether it can handle the drop in trip will be the question. The horse has failed in its one attempt at the mile, but is in a rich vein of form, winning four races and placing twice from his last six races.

Race 3 tip: Morendi to win ($16 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Ascot Green Chairman’s Handicap (2000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_04]

Interlocuter is a classy runner that should be peaking here. The horse hasn’t won since November of last year but has had plenty of excuses along the way. We’re big fans of the Godolphin runner and will be backing him in here.

Race 4 tip: Interlocuter to win ($4.20 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Moet & Chandon Classic (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_05]

Mishani Hustler is a class runner that should continue its winning ways here. Just once in its five race career has the horse failed to win and the two-year-old has never lost from three Doomben attempts.

Race 5 tip: Mishani Hustler to win ($6.50 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Queensland Day Stakes (1350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_06]

Marsupial is hunting a hat-trick and should register it. The Godolphin gelding made a winning debut at Doomben on April 28 and we’re backing it to run well again after incurring no weight penalty.

Race 6 tip: Marsupial to win ($3.70 at Neds)

Race 7 – The Roses (2000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_07]

Waller runner Another Dollar is our favourite play in this race despite the wide barrier. The horse ran second to race rival Torvill at Doomben on April 28 and we think it has enough improvement in tank to topple the Conners runner.

Race 7 tip: Another Dollar to win ($6.50 at William Hill)

Race 8 – Doomben 10000 (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_08]

Redzel is drawn nicely to defend his 2017 Doomben 10000 crown. The horse is always thereabouts in the big events and we’re favouring him to bounce back from that disappointing second in the TJ Smith Stakes.

Race 8 tip: Redzel to win ($2.25 at Sportsbet)

Race 9 – Mittys Rough Habit Plate (2000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185372_09]

Higher Ground is seeking a third-straight success and looks likely in the final event. The Waller colt has won at the one attempt at the 2000m and we’re backing it to end the meet in winning for us style.

Race 9 tip: Higher Ground to win ($3.10 at William Hill)
