Race 1 – Benchmark 63 (1600m)

Immune only just missed out last time out and should be ready to win following that. The horse gets a 2kg relief following that run which should prove all the difference here.

Race 1 tip: Immune to win at William Hill

Race 2 – Benchmark 69 (1400m)

El Venetian will fly out from gate one and take some catching. In a smaller field the horse should be able to lead and we think it can win from the front.

Race 2 tip: El Venetian to win at Sportsbet

Race 3 – Class 1 Handicap (1000m)

Exaggerate will be competing for the early lead here but if it gets a nice, cushy run it is the horse to beat. The horse only just lost at Class 2 level last time out, so this race appears to be well within its capabilities.

Race 3 tip: Exaggerate to win at Ladbrokes

Race 3 – Maiden Handicap (1600m)

Midnight Jumper presents well in this maiden event. As a triple figure outsider at Corowa last time out the horse lost by half a length to a handy animal in the form of Plenary, which we think will be a great lead into this race.

Race 3 tip: Midnight Jumper to win at Ladbrokes

Race 5 – Maiden (1000m)

Kopi Luwak debuted well, finishing second at Canterbury way back in 2015, and the horse has not raced since. It has been a long-time coming to get back onto the track but we liked what we saw back then, and we are favouring the runner now.

Race 5 tip: Kopi Luwak to win at Sportsbet

Race 6 – Benchmark 67 (1000m)

Flash In The Dark won well at Canberra last-start at benchmark 60 level and we think it can make it two in a row. The horse has an amazing record in the ACT, winning four of six races and it has recorded four wins from seven attempts at the distance.

Race 6 tip: Flash In The Dark to win at Crownbet

Race 7 – Benchmark 56 (1300m)

Torhonour is improving with every run and looks ready to win. The last-start second at benchmark 70 level was impressive so the drop in class will prove all the difference here.

Race 7 tip: Torhonour to win at Neds

Race 8 – Maiden Handicap (1300m)

In an ordinary field first starter Wyendra can win on debut. The horse trailled well at Goulburn on December 14, and in a weak field we think it can surprise at odds.

Race 8 tip: Wyendra to win at Neds
