Race 1 – Open Handicap (1200m)

Tarzan resumed in open company on June 2, winning with ease as a $16 outsider. We have no idea why the horse is at a double figure price once again, but we’re happy to snap it up for the second-up runner.
Race 1 tip: Tarzan to win ($10 at Sportsbet)
Race 2 – Open Handicap (1600m)

A great gate and a low weight bodes well for Sheiswhatsheis. The horse has been in good form recently and has the perfect barrier to jump to the front and give them something to catch.
Race 2 tip: Sheiswhatsheis to win ($5.50 at Sportsbet)
Race 3 – Queensland Guineas (1600m)

Peaceful State is hunting a hat-trick and we’re backing him in to do exactly that. The colt won well as a short-priced favourite at Morphettville in his last start and actually drops half a kilo heading into this one.
Race 3 tip: Peaceful State to win ($4 at Neds)
Race 4 – Brisbane Cup (2200m)

Kiwia has been thereabouts in a number of big-name races over his career and the four-year-old was not too far away in the Group 3 Premier’s Cup on May 26. From a great gate the Weir runner can bounce back sharply here.
Race 4 tip: Kiwia to win ($6 at William Hill)
Race 5 – Stradbroke Handicap (1350m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1186655_05]
Champagne Cuddles looks likely here. The horse has won on a heavy track in the past and gets the inside gate with no weight to carry compared to the top market elects. This is a winnable race for the Bjorn Baker filly.
Race 5 tip: Champagne Cuddles to win ($4.40 at Neds)
Race 6 – J.J Atkins (1600m)

Lean Mean Machine was terrific in his last-start win in the Group 2 Sires’ Produce on May 26, and we think the horse rates well once again. The colt won well under trying circumstances and while the gate isn’t ideal, we’re backing the Waller runner in.
Race 6 tip: Lean Mean Machine to win ($5 at Ladbrokes)
Race 7 – Queensland Derby (2200m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1186655_07]
Dark Dream has been a consistent gelding over his nine race career and the three-year-old rates well here. While the horse went down as a short-price favourite at this track on May 26, we’re backing the son of All American to atone for that run.
Race 7 tip: Dark Dream to win ($4.80 at William Hill)
Race 8 – Dane Ripper Stakes (1350m)
[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1186655_08]
Moss Trip is hunting a hat-trick and we’re backing the Snowden runner in, despite drawing barrier 15. From its last six races the horse has delivered four wins, and the horse has trialed with a win in the lead up to this.
Race 8 tip: Moss Trip to win ($4.80 at Neds)
