Race 1 – Maiden (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_01]

The consistent Bell Serenade finds the right race to break through here. The horse is the only one in the field to have finished in the top-two and just a single rival has previously placed. It bodes well for a good Bell Serenade run.

Race 1 tip: Bell Serenade to win ($2.65 at Sportsbet)

Race 2 – Maiden Handicap (1350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_02]

Jawhara looks the most likely to win this three horse race. The horse should improve from its last-start second at this track on March 12 and looms most likely in a racing decimated by scratchings.

Race 2 tip: Jawhara to win ($1.38 at William Hill)

Race 3 – Maiden (1000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_03]

The resuming Aboukir Bay should return with a win here. The gelding placed last campaign at Kembla Grange, finishing within a length of the winner. The three-year-old has trialed well coming into this one.

Race 3 tip: Aboukir Bay to win ($1.36 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Maiden (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_04]

Vindex has placed in five of its last seven runs, including a flashy third at Kembla back on March 16. Despite drawing the top weight the gelding will jump from the inside barrier, which is a big plus.

Race 4 tip: Vindex to win ($4.20 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Benchmark 70 (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_05]

Lees runner Wallangarra should have improved since its last preparation, where it won three times and placed on another occasion over five runs. The five-year-old has enough talent to beat out this field first-up.

Race 5 tip: Wallangarra to win ($3.70 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Class 1 Handicap (1000m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_06]

The aptly named Progression has more than enough ability to win this one upon resumption. The horse only took two starts to break the maiden, winning well at this track on October 22. Progression will benefit from two lead in runs heading into this one.

Race 6 tip: Progression to win ($4 at Neds)

Race 7 – Class 1 Handicap (2100m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_07]

Waterhouse and Bott runner Just Gorgeous will be hard to beat here. The three-year-old filly comes into this race off the back of a last-start second at Hawkesbury behind Momentum To Win at this level. From the inside barrier and the low weight Just Gorgeous should win.

Race 7 tip: Just Gorgeous to win ($2.25 at Ladbrokes)

Race 8 – Class 2 Handicap (1350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183714_08]

Leningrad only just went down as a short-priced favourite last time out, and had it held on there it would be undefeated from two runs. The colt won stylishly on debut by two lengths, and we’re backing it in to atone.

Race 8 tip: Leningrad to win ($1.50 at Crownbet)
