Saturday’s Warwick Farm races now transferred to Randwick

The forecast for extreme heat has prompted the transfer of racing from Warwick Farm to Randwick.

Racing NSW said Saturday’s program would be run at Randwick where it is expected to be cooler than in Sydney’s south-west which is predicted to reach 37 degrees.

All distances will remain the same but field sizes will be amended.

In Victoria, Saturday’s Caulfield meeting has been transferred from Saturday to Sunday when temperatures are expected to drop significantly.
