HorseBetting’s Sydney form analyst has previewed the eight race program at Warwick Farm on Monday and brings you his best bets, value bet and quaddie numbers for the meeting. The track is rated a Soft 7 and the rail is in the true position. The first of eight races is set to jump at 1:25pm AEDT.

Warwick Farm Best Bet – Marway

While it is one of the more open races of the day, we are confident Marway can race his way back into the winner’s stall. The former Central Queensland sprinter set New South Wales alight over the Autumn, winning the Wagga Town Plate by four lengths in quick time. The son of Hemingway is a 12 time winner, with one of those being at this track and distance in his first Sydney start on Australia Day this year. A first-up fifth behind Triple Ace and Blondeau reads well for this race and he should be fit enough for this after two good trials. We expect to see him roll along on the speed from barrier four under Josh Parr which will make him very hard to run down in the straight.

Best BetRace 7 – Marway (#4) $3.80 with Sportsbet

Next Best Bet – Ma And Pa

Chris Waller and Nash Rawiller combine in the opening leg of the quaddie with Ma And Pa who is shooting for three straight wins this campaign. The four-year-old son of Redoute’s Choice won his maiden two starts back at Hawkesbury in dominant fashion, before backing that up the start later at Wyong where he defeated The Denzel who won his next start by six lengths. The lightly raced gelding is bred to stay being out of Crown Oaks winner Dear Demi, so the third run into a preparation and at the mile again should suit him down to the ground. Rawiller will assert his dominance early from barrier one by taking Ma And Pa to the front and that should be all she wrote!

Next BestRace 5 – Ma And Pa (#6) $2.80 with Sportsbet

Best Value – Atlantic King

Matt Dunn and Jason Collett team up with Atlantic King in the final race of the day where he should take some beating. The five-year-old gelding has only had 10 starts, winning twice and finishing in the money on a further four occasions. The son of More Than Ready has had two trials prior to this first-up run which should have him forward enough to be competitive here, despite his best form coming second-up. Drawn barrier one, Collett will look to box seat on the gelding and get the run of the race in the 1200m dash. The $9.50 appeals on an each-way basis here.

Best ValueRace 8 – Atlantic King (#6) $9.50 with Sportsbet
