Two internationals in Emirates Stakes
The northern hemisphere-trained Caulfield Cup runner-up Scottish and Cox Plate fourth placegetter Vadamos, will get another chance at an Australian Group One win when they line up in the $2 million Emirates Stakes at Flemington.
Saturday’s 2000m weight-for-age race has attracted a field of 13 with the Charlie Appleby-trained Scottish drawing barrier six with William Buick to ride while the Andre Fabre-trained Vadamos has barrier seven for Damien Oliver.
Endless Drama will make his Australian debut for trainer Chris Waller while two three-year-olds, Seaburge and Good Standing, will take up the challenge against the older horses.
