The Ballarat Cup (2000m) boasts a total prize pool of $500,000 and is run under handicap conditions at Listed Level, where a maximum field of 16 is set to do battle.
The 2022 Ballarat Cup will be run on November 19, 2022 at Ballarat Racecourse.
The 2021 edition of the race was taken out by the Ben & JD Hayes-trained Zayydani and was ridden by Luke Nolen.
