Jockeys Ben Looker, Josh Adams and Jake Hull have been taken to hospital after a three-horse fall at Grafton.
Looker was concussed and complaining of a sore right thigh while Adams was treated for a cut on his chin and a slight concussion.
Chief steward Mark Holloway said Hull, who appeared to escape unscathed, would also be assessed for concussion.
Sky Racing presenter Priscilla Schmidt, who is engaged to Looker, said he was moving all his limbs.
“He was in and out of consciousness and a little bit groggy,” she said.
“He has a bit of pain in his leg but is moving all his limbs.”
The fall happened on the first day of the annual Grafton carnival featuring the Listed Ramornie Handicap.
