Best Bet at Sunshine Coast – Street Dancer
We’ve been keen on Street Dancer in his last three starts, and we are yet to be disappointed, with the four-year-old winning two of those. The in-form son of Pride Of Dubai stays in midweek company and looks to once again have a mortgage on this race as he comes off a brave win as a very short-priced favourite at Eagle Farm two weeks ago. The David Vandyke-trained gelding will go forward and lead from barrier two under Kyle Wilson-Taylor, who also claims 1.5kg on Wednesday, meaning Street Dancer will carry 57kg in the run. He should be too good once again.

Next Best at Sunshine Coast – Northern Express
Michael Nolan and Jaden Lloyd combine in the third race of the afternoon with a very promising two-year-old in Northern Express. The son of Better Than Ready was dominant against the older horses first-up at Warwick, winning the Class 1 by 3.3 lengths under a fairly soft ride by Lloyd. The gelding only rises 0.5kg to 56kg on Wednesday and now comes up against his own age which should be easier. From barrier five, Lloyd will have this classy conveyance in a good spot, before allowing the youngster to let rip in the straight. He looks to ooze class.

Next Best Again at Sunshine Coast – Chayse ‘N’ Artie
Chayse ‘N’ Artie won well on the Sunshine Coast’s turf track on April 29 as a $17 chance, defeating Swiss Exile. That form stood up last Saturday at Eagle Farm, with Swiss Exile winning the Group 2 Spirit Of Boom Classic (1200m) in good fashion. From barrier eight, jockey Troy See will take the son of Flying Artie to the front again and give the horse every chance to repeat the dose.
