Leg 1 – NGS Super R74 (1300m)

Gerald Ryan lines up Mon Pere which has won four from five career starts. The four-year-old is making the rise up in class for this, but it’s capable of running good times and it’s unbeaten in three starts at this distance. The son of Snitzel should be well backed in an even field.

Morton’s Fork is a talented three-year-old which has form around some quality thoroughbreds. The John O’Shea-trained colt finished second behind Russian Revolution at Randwick three starts back before finishing second behind Thronum two starts ago. It produced a powerful finish to score at Rosehill last start and it looks well-placed here.

Machinegun Jubs is a promising mare which has won its last two starts. The Angela Davies-trained mare hails from Gosford, but has city-class form after winning by 2.5 lengths last start. It gets a massive boost with Blaike McDougall claiming 3kg which brings it right into contention.

Leg 1 tips: 1, 7, 10

Leg 2 – Gow Gates Insurance R72 (1500m)

McDougall gets another top ride with Labdien in the second leg. The Chris Waller-trained mare finished fourth behind You Are Golden in rating 78 grade last start and its form prior included runs behind Extensible and Chetwood. The 3kg claim helps and it must be included.

Cottage is a promising type for Godolphin which has scored two easy wins either side of a spell. The daughter of Teofilo won by 4.8 lengths at Newcastle in May before resuming with a two-length victory at Wyong last start. Top jockey James McDonald sticks with it and it should be heavily supported by punters.

In one of the toughest legs of the quaddie, there are a host of other chances. You Are Golden must be respected on its last start win. Shoepeg has been in consistent form throughout its career and Longkissgoodnight is a quality former Victorian which has the ability to win.

Leg 2 tips: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7

Leg 3 – Belmadar 3YO R78 Handicap (1100m)

Mr Manhattan resumes having last raced in March and it usually fires fresh. The Joe Pride-trained gelding has had four fresh up starts for two wins and two placings, and it handles all track conditions. The well-bred son of Manhattan Rain is having just its second start in almost two years, but Blake Shinn is a key booking and it could show some cheek in this.

Arise Augustus has plenty of experience with 42 starts and it’s in the form of its career. The Terry Evans-trained gelding won back-to-back races during the winter before running a narrow second behind Aegean Sea last start at Warwick Farm. Drawn a touch awkwardly in barrier 10, but include it in quaddie bets.

Yuma Desert is a speedy mare for Peter and Paul Snowden which has yet to run a bad race in nine career starts. The four-year-old has won three from nine and it faced some tough opposition last campaign with the likes of Vanderkemp and Sampeah. It will enjoy sprinting from the inside draw with a claimer in the saddle and expect it to head forward and be tough to run down.

Leg 3 tips: 1, 4, 8

Leg 4 – Teachers Health Fund R76 (1500m)

Blake Shinn labelled Acatour as his horse to follow this spring and it immediately paid dividends last start. The Snowden-trained colt was a stylish winner on debut before running into Skylight Glow second up at Randwick. It scored a gusty win at Newcastle last start and natural improvement is expected.

Tatoosh has won only two from 19 starts, but it has always had plenty of ability and it didn’t finish far behind Galaxy Warrior last start. The Paul Perry-trained gelding will appreciate the rise in distance after finishing fifth last start and it ran against the likes of He’s Our Rokki at stakes level earlier this year. Looks a good chance in this.

Acatour and Tatoosh look the two main chances, but include Bentles and Can I Have in multiples.

Leg 4 tips: 1, 3, 9, 10
