Morphettville Parks is the venue for metropolitan racing in South Australia this Saturday, with the Group 3 South Australian Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) headlining a strong nine-part program. The track is rated a Soft 6 and the rail will be out +3m from the 1000m to the winning post. Here are our free betting tips for the Morphettville races on July 19, with the action set to get underway at 11:47am ACST.
South Australia Sires’ Produce Stakes Tip: Bootlegger
The Dan Clarken & Oopy MacGillivray-trained Bootlegger looks ready to peak third-up in the 2025 South Australian Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m). After finding one better on debut when chasing home From The Block at Gawler, the son of Too Darn Hot atoned with an impressive victory at the same venue last start. He put his rivals away with authority on that occasion, and with Rochelle Milnes retaining the ride and the rise to 1400m ideal, Bootlegger profiles as the one to beat.

Best Bet at Morphettville Parks: Nicish
The Phillip Stokes-trained Nicish brings winning form into the Benchmark 64 over 1250m. The daughter of Nicconi was a dominant winner at this track and trip three weeks ago, stalking the speed before letting down strongly to score by over a length. She stays in the same grade, maps for a similar run just off the tempo, and sticks with Lachlan Neindorf. With a touch of luck from the draw, Nicish can finish over the top again.

Next Best at Morphettville Parks: Test The Law
The Matthew Seyers-trained Test The Law was strong through the line when winning over 1950m at the Parks track last start, relishing a solid tempo to storm over the top. He gives every indication the rise to 2250m will suit, and third-up now with fitness on his side, he maps to get a soft run midfield with Jacob Opperman sticking. If he sees clear air from the 600m, Test The Law should be charging late.
