McEvoy has first sit on Scottish
Jockey Kerrin McEvoy has had his first sit aboard Godolphin’s leading Caulfield Cup hope, English horse Scottish.
McEvoy, who won the 2008 Caulfield Cup on Godolphin’s All The Good, went to the Werribee quarantine centre on Friday morning to give Scottish a work-out.
The Charlie Appleby-trained Scottish is the $8 second favourite for the Caulfield Cup on Saturday week behind Jameka at $3.70.
