Lankan Rupee steps out in jump-out
Former Australian Racehorse of the Year Lankan Rupee has continued preparations for his long-awaited race return by competing in a jump-out at Caulfield.
Lankan Rupee finished second in Tuesday’s star-studded heat which was won by Hucklebuck and also featured Flying Artie.
Lankan Rupee, who hasn’t raced since last spring, is scheduled to trial again next week before resuming in the Caulfield Sprint on October 15.
