Blue Seattle is an excellent chance of going back-to-back here. The horse didn’t get it all its own way upon resumption at the Gold Coast but still managed to torch the field by just shy of three lengths. We’re anticipating another strong performance.

Race 1 tip: Blue Seattle to win at Neds

Race 2 – Maiden (1666m)

Moreska Sword is going to be hard to hold out here. The horse is in great form, placing in three of its last four runs. On two of those runs Moreska Sword has missed out by a nose, highlighting just how close it has been to winning this preparation.

Race 2 tip: Moreska Sword to win at William Hill

Race 3 – Maiden Plate (1350m)

The Danger has placed in five-straight events and looms as a winning hope at the ninth attempt. The horse missed out by less than half a length last-start at Doomben, and this presents as an easy event.

Race 3 tip: The Danger to win at Sportsbet

Race 4 – 3YO Maiden (1200m)

Don’t Stutter resumes after a winning hope after trialing strongly leading into this event. Prior to being turned out the filly had recorded back-to-back second placings, the last of which was by a nose. Don’t Stutter presents as a strong winning hope.

Race 4 tip: Don’t Stutter to win at Sportsbet

Race 5 – Class 1 Handicap (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183084_05]

Courting Joy comes into this race as a strong winning hope following a one and a half length win at Dalby. The horse carries just 56.5kg and jumps from barrier two, this appears within its grasp.

Race 5 tip: Courting Joy to win at William Hill

Race 6 – Benchmark 58 (1666m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183084_06]

A wide gate will be the only thing that holds Bouchard back. The horse is a last-start winner at this track and has a win and two second placings from five attempts at the distance.

Race 6 tip: Bouchard to win at Ladbrokes

Race 7 – Class 3 Plate (1350m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183084_07]

So Invincible is a winning threat here. The horse’s two return runs were disappointing but it has a third-up placing in the past and has a win at the track and two wins at the distance.

Race 7 tip: So Invincible to win at Crownbet
