The Geelong track is rated a Soft 5 with the rail in the true position the entire circuit. HorseBetting.com.au brings you our Geelong best bets, top odds and free quaddie selections for the meeting getting underway at 12:20pm AEST.

Best Bet: Race 7 #5 Zorro’s Dream @ $4.00

Mitch Freedman saddles up the four-year-old son of Toronado, Zorro’s Dream who was defeated by the barest of margins down the Flemington straight on May 22. Prior to that defeat he had strung together two impressive victories when running on from the rear of the field and letting down nicely. He stays at the 1100m where he has a win and two runner-up performances from four starts at the distance. From barrier six, expect Ben Melham to settle him in the second half of the field and when asked for an effort expect to see him savaging the line late and proving hard to hold out in the third leg of the quaddie.

Next Best: Race 6 #2 Succeed Indeed @ $5.50

The Leon and Troy Corstens-trained Succeed Indeed steps out of a strong race at Flemington on May 22 where she chased home Horrifying and Reuber. She drops back from the 2000m to 1700m deep into a spell and with five Group race starts to her name from 11 career starts you would think she will appreciate the drop in class. Her run three starts back behind Brookspire was strong when beaten by two lengths in stronger company than this. She will get back from the wide barrier, but if she can let down nicely, she should be winning this in the second leg of the quaddie.

Best Value: Race 4 #6 Kyla @ $8

George Osborne and Ben Allen combine with the three-year-old filly Kyla who was strong on debut two starts back, before being about average at Bendigo on May 16. She is another runner who likes to get back and run on, so she needs the race run to suit her. Her poor barrier manners at Bendigo saw her throw away her chances. Her debut run was full of merit, albeit taking a bit of riding to get going but her turn of foot suggested she was one worth following. With a genuine tempo expect here, we expect her to go close on Sunday.

Best ValueRace 4 – Kyla (#6) $8 with Sportsbet
