Bianco Nuovo gets a great chance to win from gate two. In two of its last three races the horse has placed second, finishing within a length of the winner on both occasions.

Race 1 tip: Bianco Nuovo to win at Neds

Race 2 – Maiden Plate (1200m)

First starter Galapagos should be right in the frame. The Godolphin runner trialed well into this one and we think it could be one to follow out of this race.

Race 2 tip: Galapagos to win at Sportsbet

Race 3 – Maiden Plate (1100m)

Order Of Command has placed in two of its three career starts and it should be in the winning mix fresh. The horse resumes after about 10 months, but has trialed leading into this race.

Race 3 tip: Order Of Command to win at Sportsbet

Race 4 – Maiden Plate (1100m)

Yulong Mercury only missed out by a nose in a resuming Flemington run on May 5 and and the Lindsay Park should be winning this one. The horse draws wide but is only carrying 55.5kg. We’re backing it in.

Race 4 tip: Yulong Mercury to win at Neds

Race 5 – Benchmark 58 (1100m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185687_05]

Cuban Missile is looking to peak third-up up on Friday. The horse has placed in back-to-back events, including a strong last-start third – missing out by three parts of a length. This looms as a winnable event.

Race 5 tip: Cuban Missile to win at William Hill

Race 6 – Benchmark 58 (1300m)

Thanks Buddy resuming run was great and this appears as a race the filly has been set for. The horse should improve dramatically on that first-up run and the Lindsay Park team will be confident she can deliver her first win at the fourth attempt.

Race 6 tip: Thanks Buddy to win at Neds

Race 7 – Benchmark 64 (1700m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185687_07]

Hardern only missed out by eight parts of a length at Cranbourne on April 27 and the gelding comes back to a track where it has won from its only start. The horse carries a huge weight but we’re backing in another strong performance.

Race 7 tip: Hardern to win at William Hill

Race 8 – Benchmark 70 (1300m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185687_08]

Tristano resumes following a five month break and we’re backing it in to deliver in the finale. The horse’s last start was a strong win at BM64 level at Moonee Valley, which bodes well for a strong run here.

Race 8 tip: Tristano to win at Neds
