Destiny’s Revenge looks close to winning after placing at its last four starts.

The Brian Gentle-trained runner is having its first start on this track, but Orange should suit and Grant Buckley is a good rider to have in the saddle.

Hinchman might kick on with it now after securing a win on this track last start.

The Jason Attard-trained four-year-old took 11 starts to get off the mark, but he has always had talent and the breeding suggests it could continue winning.

This Is Livin’ capped off four consecutive placings with a tidy win last start.

It might have taken 16 runs to break its maiden status, but the son of Zariz scored easily by 1.5 lengths and it represents good each way value in this.

Shadow of Mordor is from the Gary Portelli stable and more will be expected of it now.

The three-year-old finished third behind Hinchman last start which was encouraging and that could be a good form guide for this.

It should be ready to fire third-up from a spell.

Race 5 – BM57 Handicap (2100m)

Somoso has hit form this season with back-to-back wins and it’s quite some turnaround from last campaign.

The five-year-old had poor form, but it broke maiden grades at Orange in November before repeating the dose at Nowra last start.

Stick with the improving gelding.

Race 6 – Maiden Plate (1000m)

Foxy Queen hails from the Bjorn Baker stables and it showed some ability last preparation.

The Foxwedge filly finished second at Bathurst before taking on a tough field at Nowra. It has since won a trial at Rosehill and that’s great preparation for a maiden race at Orange.

Race 7 – C2 Handicap (1000m)

Ammate is a last start winner which could make it back-to-back victories.

The Gary Nickson-trained runner has been steady throughout its career to date and it should get every chance from a nice barrier here.
