The likes of Miss Guggenheim, Queen Of Rocks, Divine Diosa, Chica Fuerte and A Pinch Of Luck are all at a nice each-way price after impressive last-start efforts.

It is hard to go past the Sydney form of the Godolphin filly, she ran a neck second to the best 3YO filly in the Country, Dame Giselle three starts back and that form looks good enough to get the job done in the Edward Manifold Stakes. She had no luck last start in the Tea Rose Stakes, when three wide the trip but showed enough to go on top here. It will be her first start in Melbourne and at the mile, but she looks the genuine class in the race.
The only reason why Succeed Indeed isn’t on top is purely because of the inside barrier. She looks a filly who needs clear racing room to go through the gears, and she’ll need plenty of luck considering she maps to be well back in the field. In saying that, it was hard to miss her last start win at Sandown on the 9th of September, and three weeks in between runs looks ideal for the Corstens runner. It was her first start at 1600m, and she showed no signs of slowing down towards the end, with the right amount of luck she will go mighty lose in the Edward Manifold Stakes.
The Anthony Freedman trained Chica Fuerte was beaten under 1.5 lengths to the ever impressive Cambourne who came out and ran a huge race in the Caulfield Guineas Prelude and will go close to taking out the Caulfield Guineas next weekend. She looks to be the leader of the race here, and if she shows the same fight as she did at Bendigo last start, then she will be right in the finish here with two aforementioned runners.
