Lachie Neindorf retains the ride on Made By Khan, who should get a quiet time of it at the front as he leads them home in the second leg of the Cranbourne quaddie.

Next Best: Omoide
The Danny O’Brien-trained Omoide was well beaten in his second-place finish behind Made By Khan at Mornington on April 13. Having chased home that horse and the similarly smart Media Award in each of his last two starts, he looks well placed to break through for a deserved maiden victory. He likes to get back and run on, so the genuine tempo expected over 2080m should give him the opportunity to savage the line down the centre of the track.

Best Value: Arroance
We were quite keen on the Mark Webb-trained Arroance when she broke her maiden at Sale on April 7. She cruised home to win by just under two lengths eased down that day and showed enough to suggest she will take some beating as she steps up to BM64 grade. One of her biggest advantages on this field is she is tactically versatile, and with a hot tempo expected up front, she has shown the ability to take a sit midfield and then charge through the line from the rear of the field.
