Bendigo called off following heavy rain
Heavy overnight rain has forced the cancellation of the Bendigo race meeting.
Rated in the soft range on Tuesday afternoon, Bendigo had 21mm of rain overnight, leaving the surface water at various points.
An early inspection on Wednesday morning found the track unsuitable for racing.
Racing Victoria re-opened nominations for meetings at Moe on Saturday as well as Cranbourne and Wodonga on Sunday to accommodate those horses affected by the cancellation.
