The WA Sires Produce Stakes is the featured event on the nine race card at Ascot in Western Australia on Saturday afternoon. Horsebetting.com.au have the best bets, top odds and the quaddie numbers for the big meeting set to be raced on a Soft 5, with the rail out 5m the entire circuit.

WA Sires Produce Stakes: Hoi An

Two runs back, Hoi An for Roy Rogers was an impressive winner in the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes. Her last start run in the Karrakatta Plate looks to be a complete forgive run, after getting too far out of his ground to make any impact. From barrier 14, we do expect Hoi An to get back in the running yet again, but if she can settle one or two pairs closer to the speed this week, then her turn of foot will have her fighting out the finish. The Longma filly has two wins from five starts and her run last start was the first time in her career she had missed the top three. We expect Hoi An to be back to winning ways in the WA Sires Produce Stakes.

Best Bet: Billy Ain’t Silly

Our best bet at Ascot comes in the last event on the nine race card at Ascot. The Colin Webster-trained Billy Ain’t Silly, who made it two wins on the trot with a soft win over the Ascot 1400m on April 3. He comes back to the Ascot 1400m a fortnight later and looks well placed to bring up a hat trick of wins. From barrier eight, expect apprentice Laqdar Ramoly to take Billy Ain’t Silly to the front and with the 2kg claim, he could be too hard to catch with just the 57kg on his back.

Best BetRace 9 – Billy Ain’t Silly (#2) $2.10 with Sportsbet

Next Best: Iseered Iseered

The Luke Fernie-trained Iseered Iseered will be another runner looking to bring up a hat trick of wins on Saturday afternoon. From barrier three he should be able to get to the front of the small field of seven with relative ease, and with a quiet time of it expected out in front he will take some running down. The Safeguard gelding showed at his last start that if need be he can take a seat off the speed and has the ability to charge clear when asked for an effort. With that type of versatility he should be making this his fourth win from seven starts.

Next BestRace 2 – Iseered Iseered (#2) $4.20 with Sportsbet
