Race 1 – Maiden Plate (1100m)

The Waller-trained Adana resumes here after a one run preparation last time out that yielded a second place. The horse has trialed leading into this one and we’re expecting a much more mature colt this time around.

Race 1 tip: Adana to win ($2 at Neds)

Race 2 – Maiden Plate (1100m)

The blinkers get added to Dream Child on Wednesday, which should improve the horse considerably. The galloper has two second placings, including a last-start defeat behind Madam Rogue on March 14. The horse is significantly better than this price on offer, so snap it up while it lasts.

Race 2 tip: Dream Child to win ($15 at William Hill)

Race 3 – Benchmark 76 (1400m)

The market is sleeping on Discussions coming into this race. The horse is on a three race winning streak, registering wins in the nation’s capital and Wyong along the way. This represents a big jump in class but there’s no reason to doubt the form from an ideal gate. The place is the right play.

Race 3 tip: Discussions to place ($8 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Benchmark 75 (2400m)

The consistent Letter To Juliette is a favourite of ours that we believe can continue the hot form. The three runs following a powerful BM65 win have been terrific, finishing no more than half a length away from the winner. This appears within the mare’s grasp.

Race 4 tip: Letter To Juliette to win ($5 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Benchmark 73 (1200m)

Resin broke the maiden in style last time out and we’re backing it in to progress through the grades quickly. The Godolphin runner’s victory on March 14 was crushing and it looks like it could become a stable star.

Race 5 tip: Resin to win ($2.80 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Benchmark 80 (1100m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183413_06]

In Times Of War is a class runner that has three second placings from a trio of first-up attempts. The horse should be good to go following a strong trial performance – in which it beat Wednesday competitor Trekking – and we believe the Waller gelding will be the elect to beat.

Race 6 tip: In Times Of War to win ($4.20 at Neds)

Race 7 – Benchmark 75 (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183413_07]

Roman Son returns after a strong resuming run at this track back on March 14. The horse has a second-up win in the past and from gate four it will be right in the frame to improve on that terrific first-up performance.

Race 7 tip: Roman Son to win ($8 at Crownbet)

Race 8 – Benchmark 75 (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1183413_08]

In his last three runs Keymaster has registered two wins and a second placing, and while the gelding gets an ordinary gate to jump from, he has a low weight. The horse has a great chance to roll forward and win this at big odds.

Race 8 tip: Keymaster to win ($21 at Neds)
