There’s been a significant push for a number of runners, including one favourite that’s been backed off the map, but the biggest move has come in the sixth race where a galloper has seen its quote get sliced after opening as a huge outsider.

Best backed runner at Newcastle
Spirited Belle is expected to run a huge race if the smart money is to be believed.
The market had the Pluck filly as a huge $23 outsider, but the money came swiftly and the horse has subsequently moved into contention at the $8.50 quote via Neds.
