Winx looks good for 19th straight win

Winx is ready to continue with a 19-straight winning streak at Chelmsford in Sydney on Saturday after an impressive practice gallop at Rosehill.

Trainer Chris Waller says he couldn’t be happier with her condition as jockey Hugh Bowman put the champion mare through her paces during a maintenance run on her home turf.

“She is as well as she can be and it will take a pretty good horse to beat her,” Waller told reporters at Rosehill Gardens on Thursday.
