VRC CEO Simon Love resigns

Victoria Racing Club chief executive Simon Love has resigned after less than two years in the job.

Love took up the role in mid-2015 after four years as an executive general manager with the VRC.

He has agreed to stay in the position until an interim chief executive is appointed.

VRC chair Amanda Elliott thanked Love for his six years of service and said the board would appoint an interim boss as soon as possible while beginning the search for a permanent replacement.
