Bentles drops back from open grades and can surprise despite the topweight. The horse has two wins at the distance in the past and should be right in the mix.

Executed comes into this race following a long break, but before being turned out it was brilliant, winning two races in a row. The horse has to carry 66kg, but on its best form it will be too food for this lot.

Lonesome Blues should go forward from the wide gate and be too quick for them. The horse has not missing a placing across three starts in its career it has never missed a placing. Without a lot of speed underneath it should run this field into the ground.

Cyclone Topgirl resumes looking to maintain the form which saw it win five races in a row. Had the filly not failed on debut the horse would be undefeated and it looks by far the classiest horse in this race.

The hat-trick seeking Royal Script resumes and should take this race out. The horse has placed first-up previously and looks well placed from the inside draw.

Fine ‘N’ Devine will need some luck from barrier 15 but the form cannot be denied. The horse hasn’t missed a placing this preparation and has improved with every run, culminating in a strong win last-start at Townsville.
