Race 1 – Port Adelaide Cup (2500m)

Yogi has been building up to this race and it should be ready to win. After two fourth placed finishes the horse only narrowly missed out by a nose at the ‘Bool. This appears winnable.

Race 1 tip: Yogi to win ($1.75 at Neds)

Race 2 – National Stakes (1200m)

We backed in Tequila Time last time out in Adelaide and it delivered a strong half length win. The gelding has recorded four-straight victories and we’re confident the two-year-old can make it five on the trot.

Race 2 tip: Tequila Time to win ($2.60 at Sportsbet)

Race 3 – SA Classic (2500m)

Lindsay Park runner Lemon Splice is a huge chance at big odds. The horse broke through to win its maiden race last time out, and while this is a huge step up, we were impressed by the last-start win.

Race 3 tip: Lemon Splice to win ($41 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Centaurea Stakes (2019m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185670_04]

Savapinski has previously won third-up in the past and should be peaking for this race. The horse has a win at this distance previously and will be the horse to beat here.

Race 4 tip: Savapinski to win ($2.75 at Neds)

Race 5 – Robert/Fay Gerard R A Lee Stakes (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185670_05]

Land Of Plenty is drawn wide but is one of the best credentialed runners coming into this race. The horse has an open handicap and a listed win across its last two starts. If Land Of Plenty gets across cheaply, it is winning this race.

Race 5 tip: Land Of Plenty to win ($3.60 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Proud Miss Stakes (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185670_06]

We’re forgiving Set To Sparkle’s last-start second. The horse drew wide – like it does here – but the experience of that run will help. It also helps that the mare is third-up, where it is undefeated.

Race 6 tip: Set To Sparkle to win ($15 at Neds)

Race 7 – The Goodwood (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185670_07]

Viddora is ready to go second-up. In its resuming the gun mare only missed out by eight parts of a length, and it strips fitter in at a point in the preparation where she has two wins and two second placings from six attempts.

Race 7 tip: Viddora to win ($7.50 at William Hill)

Race 8 – Benchmark 75 (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1185670_08]

Second-up gun Good Therapy looms as winning threat in this event. The horse has won twice from three second-up races and it was less than a length away from winning in its resuming run.

Race 8 tip: Good Therapy to win ($11 at Neds)
