Scone Sunday meeting transferred to cooler Wyong racecourse

Forecast temperatures of more than 40 degrees in the NSW Hunter Valley have forced a change of venue for racing at Scone.

Sunday’s meeting will now be run at Wyong with predictions of 44 deg at Scone.

Two 1000m-races will now be run over 900m with the 2100m race changed to 2200m.

Acceptances for the meeting will close at 9am on Thursday.
