The resuming De Villiers is hunting a seventh-straight success. The horse has never won first-up in the past but the form prior to being turned out cannot be denied.

Sista Act has won three of its four starts this preparation, which reads well going into this race. The horse continues to deliver with every step-up in class and this appears within its grasp.

River Racer is a class animal that will present well here. The mare hasn’t raced in eight months, but she has a distinct class advantage on a lot of runners.

The resuming Payroll will be looking to carry over the form from last preparation that saw it win back-to-back events. The horse has two wins from six attempts first-up and we’re confident it can deliver a quality run.
