Rawiller to miss Makybe Diva Stakes
Brad Rawiller will miss the chance to ride Memsie Stakes winner Black Heart Bart to another Group One win unless he can successfully appeal a suspension.
On Monday, Rawiller had a 10-meeting careless riding suspension from Sandown on Wednesday reduced on appeal but was immediately hit with another penalty for his winning ride on Black Heart Bart on Saturday.
Stewards held off announcing a penalty for the Memsie infringement until Monday’s appeal hearing on the Sandown matter with the additional ban ruling the jockey out of the Makybe Diva Stakes on September 10.
