Our Ivanhowe needs to pass vet test
BMW favourite Our Ivanhowe will have to pass a race eve veterinary inspection to take his place in the Group One race.
Our Ivanhowe was found to have lameness in his off-foreleg following his win in the Group One Ranvet Stakes last Saturday.
Co-trainer Anthony Freedman told Racing NSW stewards Our Ivanhowe had been swimming and doing light exercise for the past few days to manage the lameness.
Racing NSW senior veterinarian Craig Suann will assess the horse on Friday afternoon.
Our Ivanhowe was at $3.70 with the TAB on Friday morning with Caulfield Cup winner Jameka at $3.80 for the 2400m-race.
