Oliver loses reckless riding appeal

Champion jockey Damien Oliver has lost an appeal against a reckless riding ban.

The Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board on Friday upheld Oliver’s reckless riding charge following his ride on eventual winner Flying Arlie in Wednesday’s Blue Sapphire Stakes at Caulfield.
