Injured jockey Nyssa Burrells remains stable in intensive care at Liverpool Hospital after suffering a brain bleed in a fall at Warwick Farm.

Burrells was riding a horse which fell and landed on top of her in the jump-outs last Friday.

She underwent surgery and was placed in an induced coma.

On Wednesday, her father Richard told Racing NSW doctors had withdrawn the sedation and her condition remained the same which was as good as could be expected.

He said it was a waiting game to see how she started to respond but said it would take time.
