Race 1 – Maiden (1300m)

C’est Davinchi resumed with a second placed finish on March 1 at Newcastle and looks to be ready to win. The horse was only half a length off victory that day, so this appears well within its grasp.

Race 1 tip: C’est Davinchi to win ($4.40 at Neds)

Race 2 – Class 2 Handicap (1400m)

This is Leningrad’s race to lose. The colt torched the field on debut at Canterbury on March 2 has a short-priced favourite and will jump at even shorter odds here. Deservedly so.

Race 2 tip: Leningrad to win ($1.85 at William Hill)

Race 3 – Maiden Handicap (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182773_03]

Sunday Session wasn’t disgraced on debut and looms as an improver here. The Waterhouse and Bott runner was within two lengths of the winner on that day and we think it has the ability to progress.

Race 3 tip: Sunday Session to win ($4.60 at Sportsbet)

Race 4 – Benchmark 75 (2400m)

In just one of Follow On’s four races has the horse missed a placing, winning on two of those occasions. That makes for great reading heading into this event and from a good draw it will be hard to beat.

Race 4 tip: Follow On to win ($4.60 at Sportsbet)

Race 5 – Benchmark 67 (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182773_05]

Kitteau has a great first-up record of win and a second placing from two attempts. The four-year-old has trialed leading into this race and the horse looms as one of the better bets of the day.

Race 5 tip: Kitteau to win ($3.70 at William Hill)

Race 6 – Open Handicap (1200m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182773_06]

The classy Osborne Bulls is the horse to beat here. The Godolphin runner has lost just once in its six race career, and on that occasion it was just half a length behind star sprinter Invincibella. Best bet of the day.

Race 6 tip: Osborne Bulls to win ($2.05 at Neds)

Race 7 – Kembla Grange Classic (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182773_07]

Wedgie is two from two this preparation an looms large once again. The filly won well at Class 2 level last time out at Hawkesbury, and while this is a massive jump in class, from the perfect draw an in-form Waterhouse and Bott-trained runner is always going to be a chance.

Race 7 tip: Wedgie to win ($16 at Crownbet)

Race 8 – Benchmark 65 (1600m)

[rmOC_events_list event_ids=1182773_08]

Sondelon gets an awful draw to contend with but we cannot look past it after a strong debut. The horse won strongly at Newcastle on that day and is sure to improve on that performance.

Race 8 tip: Sondelon to win ($7.50 at Neds)
