Junoob out of Wyong Gold Cup
Wyong Gold Cup pre-race favourite Junoob has been scratched from the $160,000 event which is set to be run on a wet track.
Rain is expected to continue throughout Friday after 8mm fell at Wyong overnight.
The track was a soft six on Friday morning with a downgrade likely before race time at 4.35.
Junoob’s Chris Waller-trained stablemate Sacred Master is the new favourite for the Cup while another from the Waller stable, Elle Lou, is the top pick for the Listed Mona Lisa Stakes.
