Another World comes through a hot form race at Sha Tin on May 10, when he closed to within a length of progressive galloper Light Years Charm. The son of Kermadec is building a formidable resume in his own right, claiming three wins and two minor placings across his nine Hong Kong starts. Zac Purton will go in search of cover from gate seven, and provided Another World can settle in the run, watch for this guy to explode down the centre of the course.

Best Value at Happy Valley: All’s Well

All’s Well has found the 1000m too sharp in back-to-back starts but appears primed to strike third-up into his debut campaign. The son of Frosted has rattled home on both occasions after getting back to the rear of the field, suggesting 1200m should be ideal for the lightly raced gelding. Ben Thompson will likely drag back from barrier 10, but provided they go at a genuine clip, watch for All’s Well to be putting in the big strides late at a terrific each-way price with the top bookmakers.
